1978 – Doug Ostraat founds Green Mountain Medical Gas Services (GMMGS). Doug was the company’s president for 35 years and the company grows to become of one the most respected in the medical gas industry.
2007 – Certified Medical Gas Services (CMGS) was founded by Jonathan Willard after working in the healthcare construction industry for numerous years. He served as the president and owner of the company through 2013
2010 – Medical Gas Certifications, Inc. (MGC) was formed in 2010 by Jonathan Willard and Dan Chisholm, Jr. MGC was created to revolutionize the ASSE 6000 series of medical gas certification programs by providing the courses 100% online. The first online course developed for the MGC website was the ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems Maintenance Personnel Program launched on January 10, 2011. MGC now offers the ASSE 6005 Medical Gas Specialist and the ASSE 6020 Medical Gas Systems Inspector certification. MGC’s courses were developed by Jonathan Willard, an ASSE 6050 and 6055 Certified Instructor. These on-line programs are administered by Medical Gas Certifications, Inc. 2013 – Acute Medical Gas Services is formed with the merger of Certified Medical Gas Services (CMGS) and Green Mountain Medical Gas Services (GMMGS) and moved to it’s new office in Manchester, NH.
2018 – Acute Medical Gas Services is moves to it’s new office and state of the art training facility in Goffstown, NH.
